The Nurturer Accelerator is for people who are ready to be change-agents of their communities.

The Nurturer Accelerator is a four-month leadership, community-building, and attunement certification experience designed for community leaders, changemakers, educators, practitioners, advocates, and nurturers who are committed to creating healthier families and stronger communities.

Founded by Dr. Adena Blickstein, creator of the Family Attunement Movement, the Nurturer Accelerator invites participants to explore a transformative question:

What becomes possible when we place attunement and relational connection at the center of how we lead, care, and build community?

At the heart of the program is the Attunement Model of Care, an evidence-based approach focused on strengthening the relational foundations that support children's emotional and mental health. Rather than waiting for challenges to emerge, participants learn how attunement-centered practices can serve as a proactive approach to prevention, building capacity within families, organizations, and communities before crises occur.

Throughout the accelerator, participants engage in an integrated learning journey that connects personal transformation with collective action. Through leadership development, attunement training, community building, healing work, online learning, and practical pilot preparation, participants deepen their ability to lead with connection, self-awareness, vision, and purpose.

A central component of the experience is Level 1 TIARA Certification, which provides foundational knowledge and skills in the Attunement Model of Care while preparing participants for the first certification examination. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of attunement and learn how these principles can be translated into meaningful relationships, programs, and community initiatives.

The accelerator also creates space for participants to examine their own relational histories through Healing Family of Origin work. By exploring patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped them, participants can cultivate greater self-awareness and become more intentional and attuned leaders.

Beyond individual growth, the Nurturer Accelerator emphasizes the power of relationships and ecosystems.

Participants join a global leadership community of people who share a commitment to family wellbeing and systemic change. They will develop skills for cultivating partnerships, strengthening community connections, and creating environments where families can thrive.

The journey culminates in Pilot Preparation, where participants begin translating their learning into action.

Each participant is supported in developing a community-based pilot that reflects their context, relationships, and vision for change. This practical component helps bridge the gap between knowledge and implementation—moving participants from learning about attunement to becoming catalysts who can bring attunement-centered approaches into their communities.

Launching September 22 and continuing through December 28, the Nurturer Accelerator is more than a training program. It is an invitation to become part of a growing movement of leaders who understand that meaningful systemic change begins with the quality of our relationships.

Participants will leave with new skills, deeper self-awareness, a supportive global community, foundational certification preparation, and a tangible pathway for putting attunement into practice.

Come learn. Come heal. Come build. Come lead. Become a Nurturer and help create a future where every family has the relational foundation to thrive.
